Hi friends and fam.

A new yr. and new goals. we are all doing well, we had another cancer scare in our fam. we found out the thur. after Christmas, that my mom has breast cancer, so i gues you could say it wasn't a scare, cause she does have it :( it has been really hard to except, cause she has always been so healthy!

The cancer is in the right breast, so they did a radical mastecktimy, she did this on a fri. and came home the next day :) which was great now we are just waiting to find out what the report from the patholigist said? and find out if she will have to do radiation therapy? other than the fact that she is scared, which is putting it mildly. she seems to be handling it ok? whenever i have talked to her, she seems like herself so she has a really good positive state of mind, right now just hoping that it stays that way. she is limited in what she can do, for 6 weeks. she can't lift anything with her right arm, and she knows how much she can use her arm as far as other things go.

I am sooooooooooooooooo proud of my mom! she has been so brave with all this, I <3 YOU MOM! and my dad has been AWESOME! as well in supporting her. I <3 YOU DAD!

our fam. is doing really well also :) it's hard to believe that we are already in the midle of Jan. well i gotta run and go feed the crew, they think they need to eat i don't know why he he.
