wow i am impressed with myself, i am blogging twice in one month yea! now if i can just type LOL my hands don't seem to want to right now :).

well since i blogged last some fun things have happend, my little girl went out on her first group date to sadie Hawkins Dance with school with a boy named Robert Bawden. he seemed very nice when they were here having desert, they picked the guys up at 2pm when to the Zoo, and then went to Amanda's house for dinner, then went to the dance and had fun there. Then they came back home here at 10pm for brownies and ice cream.

They had so much fun, and we got lots of pic. but if you want to see them gohave to go to my FB pg. sorry :( we are all excited about and looking foward to thanksgiving, Zach also turned 10 last sun. he was so excited to be in the double digits now :) i just had to laf (i totaly didn't spell that right, and nothing looked right so hopefully you know what i meant :) )

wow whered did oct. go? we are already in Nov. now.
we had a fun and busy Halloween, between class party's and fieldtrips and things with the kids on Sat. i helped out with Zach's class party on the thur. and then because the kids were all out of school that fri. i took all the kids with me to Adams fieldtrip on fri. we went trick or treating to a senior center, interesting and yes i will admit very depressing for me :(

Anyway after we visited with the residents there, the kids got to do a craft and have rootbeer and nachos which they liked :) but i will tell ya that it has just reminded me about how determined i am to bring my parents to live with me if they get to that point. i refuse! to put my parents in places like that!

Then we got up and took the kids and a friend of CJ's Danny Danielson to go with us, the Zoo has a Boo and the Zoo day, different buisnesses come set there stuff up and pass out candy. so that was fun for them. we did that for a couple hr. and then came thome, had lunch and then got ready for the ward Halloween party which was fun :).

We then did the usuall visit with granparents and then came home got dinner and then shane took Zach and Adam out for a little bit no long due to rain. oh ya and Monica was out socializing with friends :)

im hoping if i get into this at least once a month i will remember how to do these little things so i am going to try to get back on here again this month, but if i don't to everyone that reads this, have a Wonderful! and safe Thanksgiving Holiday! <3 ya!

ok so i finely figured out how to change the background on our blog, i am so excited! i don't get to change this often cause i can never remember how. so to help me remember how i am going to try and change it every month in hopes that that will refresh my memory :) lets hope that works.

then my next goal will be figuring out how to change the coloring on the text and different little things like that. one small step at a time :)

Today is March 25,

and yet another week and almost another month is quickly flying by. last weekend we got to spend all day Sun. with my family, my older Sis. two oldests boys got ordained, Austin was ordained to the office of Priest and is doing fantastic. Then Austin got the honor's of ordaning his younger bro. Matt. to the office of a Teacher, and wow he did fantastic! i didn't know he got to do that or was going to do that, cause i had to take Adam out in the hall way he was getting to resles, and wouldn't settle down. so i missed that :(

So then after church we went and had a fun dinner with the family at my mom's house, and the cousin's got to play, play, play :)

Now we are anxiously waiting for easter, well the kids are. I am not only cause i am not ready! i am working on it but i am not done and it's driving me crazy! Monica and I have the oportunity to go to the confrence center this Sat. and watch the General Young Women mtg. in person instead of just watching it broadcast at our steak center. she and i are both really excited for that, just another something we can do together, just the two of us :)

Last time i posted stuff about Monica and CJ and nothing about Zach and Adam so sorry. So this time you get to hear about Zach and Adam. Zach is doing well i recently met with his teacher and she moved him to the front of the room to help him focus better on his work, he just has a really hard time fucusing and staying motivated in class.

Adam is just Adam, he is loving preschool, he however still won't talk to his teacher, he nods his head for yes and no and points but he won't talk to her. He does the same thing in Sunbeams at church he has fun, and participates, but just won't talk, and i just can't figure out why? i am just hoping that he starts talking to them before he is done with both, and hope that we don't have this prob. in Kindergarten. :( other than that they are growing and playing and just having fun. Adam loves to overly love our little puppy Shadow, Shadow is 10months, and is more than patient with Adam. cause Adam is always trying to give Shadow toys whether he wants them or not, and if Adam is chasing the dog, Shadow will run and jump up on any lap he can find, to get away from Adam.

I am just very thankful that Shadow is that patient :)

today is March 4th wow it has already been a month, since my last post. things are going well still, we are just anxiously awaiting spring and summer! wanting it here badly. we just did parent teacher conference with Monica and CJ this past week, Monica is doing fine, she is in Honors english just transfered into there cause her other class wasn't challenging enough. and she already pulled an A out of it. way to go sweetie! she is also doing well with Japanese, and she loves the class and her teacher. and she does fantastic with the language and speaking it. i keep teasing her that if she isn't careful, she will end up going on a mission to Japan :) She is also in honors Chemistery! wow this girl is just on fire. She is doing great and loving High School.


CJ is doing ok in 7th grade, he is a very normal 12 yr. old that doesn't like to do homework, to the point that if he turns an assignment in on time, it isn't complete :( little stinker and it is affecting his grade . thankfully he had teachers that are willing to work with him on getting things finished and turned in even though it's late, i am just praying that this improves, cause not all his teachers will be like this.

Monica and CJ had a mutual activity last night called flight 409, they flew to Hawaii and the plane crashed then they experienced all the kindoms like the different ones that you can be sent to after Judgement day. and shane and i got to participate i the end we were waiting for them in the Celestial Kindom, i must say it was truly amazing! it gave us an idea as to what it would be like when we are up there welcoming family back, and it was truly and amazing experience and feeling. thank you Chandra, Stephanie , Michelle and Allison. for making this all possible. to add to the effect, they had the parents that were there where there temple clothes, and it was awesome! there wasn't a dry eye in the room, even boys that like to act tough, were crying and it was nice to see that side of them.

And now the weekend is here again and i get to enjoy it again :) well ta ta for now, hopefully it woun't take me a month to get back here. :)

All the kids are back in school now and for two days a week for two hours i have to do whatever, and that list is forever long while trying to do things or better yet get caught up on things that need to be done. :) it's a never ending job. :)

We have been truly blessed this winter (nock on wood) the only thing we have had to deal with is colds, and i can handle that :) we have truly been blessed with health and strength getting through this winter. Monica is loving drivers Ed, CJ is doing great in school when he wants to :) Zach is having fun in 3rd grade, we truly have a fantastic teacher for him this yr! And Adam is well involved with preschool, we won't talk to his teacher i have no idea why? he gets involved and takes part in whatever they do and he will do what his teacher asks him to do, but he just won't talk to her? i keep hopeing that one day he will just surprise us all?

Things are going well for our family, just the usuall stuff. We had my Bro. move in with us last Aug. from Iowa, He returned from Iraq safe and sound, but he is really struggling with alot of stuff emotionally, and cant hold down a job as a result of it. Being over there just really messed him up. He can't live on his own right now, so until he can he is living here with us. Shane and I figured that since his fam. opened there house to our fam. for a month till we got our house, we needed to do the same for my Bro. so we did. it's not a big deal for us we are just doing something that needed to be done. He is fam. and we are just trying to help out fam.

Hopefully in the future he will be able to get his own place and a job that works for hm only cause that is what he want's so badly, he tells me every day how he feels like such a burden, and i tell him all the time that he isn't .

Well another week has come and gone, the good thing is Zach goes back on track on Mon. Yes! i love having my kids home with me, but not for 5 weeks during the school yr. like this. he has just gotten way to bored. And on the days when Adam doesn't have preschool, the two of them just fight.

So he is very ready to go back to school. Monica just recently started Driver's Ed. :( i wasn't ready for this day 8 yr. ago and i am still not ready for it now :( she was so excited to get to school last Tue. it was unreal, and now she is so funny she thinks that she is ready to get in the car and start driving with the instructor. Although she has already been driving with shane, not in my car mind you. The learning car is shane's Car :) And when she goes out driving it's with shane :) he can handle it, i can't.

ok i have a post about monica and the fam. although i tried to put it on our blog pg, it ended up somewhere else, long story :( any way i have a post about her and when i figure out how to transfer it where i want it i will get it there.

Any way that's why i did one of all the other kids, and not her. so today is Mon. and the kids are out of school again for Martin Luther King day. and then Zach doesn't go back until next week this has been a long 5 weeks, i love having my kids home with me but Zach does better when he is out for less time.

well i am of to my usuall Mon. stuff I hope that whoever reads this, has a wonderful Mon. i am at least going to try. :)?

Today the kids are all home due to the fact that it is the end of term for monica and CJ, Zach is still off track for another week, and Adam doesn't have preschool on fri.

So we are doing the usual luandry and chores which they love NOT. then i am taking the kids to grama's tonight while shane and i have a date night. we try to have date nights often but doesn't work out very well still yet. but it will get better :).

ok so my last post of updateing the family didn't really work out so i am going to start with CJ and then cont. and then i will find a way to Add the other later.

CJ- is in the 7th grade this yr. i was a little worried about him transitioning to jr high, not because of the school but just because of his personality and i was worried about the bigger kids taking advantage of him he is still a bean pole and i just worry that he can't hold his own yet, that's just the mother in me talking. He has done very well, he is enjoying his classes, he has done some projects for his history class and the last project that he did he built a fort and his teacher was so pleased with how well he did. she gave him an A++++ he did a very good job i was very pleased and proud.

He became a Deacon in Sept. and now gets to pass the Sacrament, i sit there and watch him and am so proud he is growing up way to fast.it's hard to believe i will have two teenagers this yr. i really am so not ready for that. He is taking a brake from Karate right now he got his purple belt, but he has decided to take a brake for a while.

Zach- he is 9 now and is having lots of fun in school, he is also in cub scouts and has fun with that. he has a fantastic teacher he still struggles with his developemental delay prob. but he gets better with them a little bit every day, but he does still stuggle.

Adam- he is in preschool now, and loves it. he wont talk to his teacher, but he does do what he needs to do while he is there. he gets to do show and tell and play with trains and other toys, his teacher has some cats and every once in a while the cats are there during class and they get to play with them and i talks about it all the time. He alsl started Sunbeams this yr. he also has a wonderful teacher there, i took him to class last sun. and he cried at first but then he settled down, it was hard for me to drop in off, but i had my class to teach so shane suppervised him. and in the end he did fine :)

Shane- is still with Morton Salt he oversees the trucks now, i am so proud of him from where he started with the comp. to now he has come a long way. he is also the scout leader ver the 11 yr old boys, and then just helping me out at home. I don't know how i got so lucky, to be blessed with such a wonderful husband :)

I am still blessed to be a stay at home mom, I am also blessed to be able to sell AVON and still be at home when the kids leave for school and be here when they get home, i wouldn't have it any other way. And if i cant be there when they get hom, my awesome parents help out, or Monica and CJ do ok for a little bit. We are still monitoring my Iron, the prob. is still there but for right now it's being good.

Life is good right now for our fam. and we are truly blessed :)
